This limited edition, super smooth, vintage vodka is an exceptional example of luxury and craftsmanship. The rare organic Dańkowskie platinum rye used in the making of EXTILL is a premium grade winter grain that is recognized as a gold standard grain in vodka production. It is grown on a single estate located in an extremely cold and snowy region of Poland. This rye is organically cultivated in a serene natural environment using natural water from the glacial lakes and spends minimum 80 days under the snow which adds a special character and favor of terroir to it. EXTILL is produced in accordance with the strict legal requirements of Polska Vodka and contains no sugar or additives. This is a vodka with its own favor that refects the terroir where it has originated from, is full of character and body, yet organic and pure. To appreciate its true character and taste, it is recommended that EXTILL is consumed without adding anything extra to it – enjoy it straight or on the rocks. Unlike most vodka brands that produce favorless, throat-burning, neutral ethyl alcohol and encourage their consumers to use vodka in cocktails or mix with colas or sugary/favored liquids, we discourage the use of this expensive vintage vodka in any kind of mixer or cocktail.
